摘 要: | 目的对外科病人送检的伤口分泌物标本细菌培养分离出的阳性菌株的种类和药敏进行分析,为临床合理的抗感染治疗用药提供依据。方法使用DL-96细菌测定系统对伤口分泌物中病原菌进行鉴定及药敏试验,对实验结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果在送检的伤口分泌物检出病原菌中,革兰阳性球菌比率最高的是金黄色葡萄球菌(31.4%);革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌(14.3%)、铜绿假单胞菌(8.6%)、阴沟肠杆菌(6.6%)为主。结论伤口分泌物的细菌培养中的阳性菌种类的多样化及其耐药性较严重,临床医生应在使用抗生素前或根据病情及时进行细菌培养,根据药敏实验结果合理选用有效抗生素,降低感染率的发生。

Abstract: | Objective For surgical patients were wound secretion samples of bacterial culture and drug sensitive types of positive strains isolated were analyzed, and provide the basis for clinical anti infection treatment. Methods Using the DL-96 assay system for bacteria identification and drug sensitivity testof pathogenic bacteria in the wound secretions, the experimental results wereanalyzed retrospectively. Results In wound secretion were detected in pathogenic bacteria, and the highest ratio of gram positive cocci were Staphylococcus aureus(31.4%); in gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli(14.3%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(8.6%), Enterobacter cloacae(6.6%). Conclusion Thediversification and drug resistance of wound secretion of bacterial culture of positive bacteria was more serious, clinicians should use antibiotics before oraccording to the condition of timely bacterial culture, selecting effective antibioticsaccording to the drug sensitivity test, to reduce the infection rate. |
