奥美拉唑联合用药治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效分析

目的研究和分析奥美拉唑联合用药治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法我院2011年3月—2012年6月收治72例十二指肠溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组36例,对照组单独使用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组使用奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组患者使用奥美拉唑联合用药治疗十二指肠溃疡的总有效率为88.88%,明显优于单纯使用奥美拉唑治疗的对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组中2例患者出现轻微头晕,不良反应的发生率为5.56%。对照组中3例患者出现轻微头晕形象,不良反应的发生率为8.33%。经过及时处理后患者的不良反应均有所改善,对治疗没有造成影响,两组患者的不良反应对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合用药治疗十二指肠溃疡能够显著改善患者的临床症状,有助于溃疡愈合并且可以降低复发率,不良反应较少,值得在临床上大力推广。

Clinical analysis of omeprazole efficacy of combination therapy treatment of duodenal ulcer

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with omeprazole ulcer. Methods In our hospital from March 2011 to June 2012 were treated 72 cases of duodenal ulcer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups of 36 patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole alone, observed clarithromycin omeprazole group therapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The results using combination therapy with omeprazole ulcer total effective rate of the observation group were 88.88%,significantly better than the control group using omeprazole treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Observation group 2 patients had mild dizziness,adverse reactions was 5.56%.Three patients in the control group had mild dizziness image, the occurrence of adverse reactions was 8.33%.After the timely treatment of patients with adverse reactions have improved, there is no impact on the treatment,compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of omeprazole treatment of duodenal ulcer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, ulcer healing and can help reduce the recurrence rate, fewer adverse reactions in clinical worth promoting.
