手术切除与微波消融对小肝癌患者的临床疗效对比研究

目的观察比较手术切除与微波消融治疗小肝癌的临床疗效。方法将80例小肝癌患者采用分层随机的方法将其分为手术组和微波组,每组各40例,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果手术组和微波组平均失血量分别为：（350.5±52.7）、（123.4±20.8）mL,平均住院时间分别为：（11.2±3.1）、（6.4±1.3）d,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者1年、3年生存率的比较不存在统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论微波消融治疗小肝癌近期疗效显著优于手术切除,且远期疗效与手术切除无显著差异。

Comparative study of the clinical curative effect of operation of small liver cancerresection and microwave ablation

Objective To compare the clinical effect of surgical resection andmicrowave ablation treatment for small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of small liver cancer patients were randomly divided into operation groupand microwave group, 40 cases in each group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operative group and microwave group, average blood loss was（350.5±52.7）mL,（123.4±20.8）mL, the average hospitalization time were（11.2±3.1）d,（6.4±1.3）d, compared the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients 1 years and 3years survival rates compared with no statistics difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Microwave ablation therapy in small hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that of surgical resection, and long-term efficacy of surgical resection and no significant difference.
