对于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的护理研究

目的探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的护理和护理效果。方法本次研究选择对象共50例,均为我院儿科2012年5月—2013年5月收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,在患者家属知情的情况下,按观察组及对照组各25例划分。两组患儿在治疗方式上是一样的,急性期间用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,患儿病情缓解后单用布地奈德吸入治疗。对照组患儿采取常规护理方式,而观察组患者在对照组患者常规护理的基础上进行强化护理、干预护理。对所有患儿随访6个月,对比治疗总有效率和复发率。结果两组患儿经有效治疗、护理后,临床症状明显减轻,但观察组患儿治疗效果优于对照组。观察组总有效率为96.0%,无1例复发;对照组总有效率为88.0%,有3例在随访期内复发,复发率为12.0%,两组差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘在治疗期间给予强化护理能够提高治疗效果,降低患儿的病情复发率,值得临床推广和应用。

For children with cough variant asthma care research

Objective explore the nursing and nursing effect of infantile cough variant asthma. Methods A selection object, a total of 50 cases of this study, all are our pediatric in May 2012- May 2013 treated children with infantile cough variant asthma,under the condition of the patients＇ families informed, according to the observation group and the control group（n=25）. Two groups of children on the treatment is the same, cloth during acute Ned and salbutamol aerosol inhalation treatment, after the remission of children with Ned inhalation therapy in single cloth. Control group with routine nursing, the observation group of patients in the control group patients with routine nursing care on the basis of intensive care, nursing intervention. For all the children were followed up for 6 months, compare the total effective rate and recurrence rate. Results Two groups of children after effective treatment and nursing, clinical symptoms significantly reduce, but the treatment effect is better than that of control group in observation group children. Observation group total effective rate was 96.0%, no recurrence in 1 case; Control group total effective rate was88.0%, 3 cases recurrence during the follow-up period, the recurrence rate was 12.0%, the difference between the two groups have significant statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Infantile cough variant asthma during treatment for strengthening nursing can improve the treatment effect, reduce recurrence rate, patient is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
