优质护理干预在消毒供应中心的应用价值探究

目的探究优质护理在干预消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年5月—2012年5月未使用优质护理干预以及2013年5月—2014年5月采用优质护理干预的消毒供应中心的各项资料作为研究对象,前者为对比组,后者为观察组,采用问卷调查两组的临床服务的满意度情况,进行分析总结后探讨临床优质护理措施。结果在我院使用优质护理干预后,我院在服务中诸多工作得到改善工作质量有所提高,临床满意度有了较为显著升高,观察组为92%明显高于对比组60%,两组的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消毒供应中心中优质护理的干预能够大幅度提高护理人员的服务水平同时也提升了临床满意度。

Explore the value of high quality care intervention in sterile supply center

Objective To investigate the value of the application of high quality care in the intervention sterile supply center.Methods Select the information of central sterile supply from our hospital as the research object, the observation group use the data Collected from May 2011 to May 2012,in which hospital is using intervention, control group use the data Collected from May2013 to May 2014,in which hospital is not using the care interventions. We use survey to investigate satisfaction of service and summarize the effect. Results Service in our hospital has improved a lot after using high-quality hospital care interventions, satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than the comparison group of 92% to 60%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion High quality care nursing intervention in the central sterile supply in can greatly improve the level of service and enhance the clinical satisfaction.
