经阴道彩超诊断早期异位妊娠的应用价值

目的探究与分析经腹及经阴道彩超在诊断早期异位妊娠中的应用,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法选取我院自2012年5月—2014年5月收治的60例接受腹部检查及阴道检查的患者,将其作为临床研究对象,首选对其进行腹部检查,后进行阴道检查,并对宫外孕包块进行查找,以判断经腹检查与经阴道检查的诊断率。结果 47例经腹检查中确诊为异位妊娠,诊断符合率为78.33%,55例经阴道检查中确诊为异位妊娠,诊断符合率为91.67%,经阴道检查在符合率上高于经腹诊断,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论无论是经腹部检查或经阴道检查,均对异位妊娠的诊断具有一定的诊断价值,而经阴道检查的符合率较经腹检查较高,值得进一步推广。

The application value of early ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis

Objective To explore and analyze the transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy in early diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods In our hospital from 2012 May to 2014 May were 60 cases underwent abdominal examination and transvaginal examination of patients, the clinical research object, first examine the abdomen to it, aftervaginal examination, and to find the ectopic pregnancy mass, to judge by abdominal examination and diagnosis of transvaginal examination rate. Results 47 cases of abdominal examination for ectopic pregnancy, diagnosis coincidence rate78.33%, 55 cases were definitely diagnosed by vaginal examination forectopic pregnancy, diagnosis coincidence rate 91.67%, vaginal examination inaccordance rate higher than that of abdominal diagnosis,P0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Both abdominal examination or vaginalexamination, have a certain value in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal examination,the coincidence rate is higher by abdominalexamination, worthy of further promotion.
