探讨外科病区护理安全隐患分析与防范对策

目的探讨外科病区护理安全隐患及防范措施。方法选取我院2010年2月—2013年7月外科病区收治患者80例进行分析,随机分对照组40例,观察组40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组针对安全隐患采取预防性护理,对两组患者的护理结果进行分析。结果观察组安全问题发生率显著低于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）,患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论外科病区的安全隐患较多,护理人员必须要及时发现安全隐患,及时消除,采取安全问题预防护理措施,降低不良事件发生率。

Discussion on analysis and Countermeasures of Department of surgery nursing safety hidden danger

Objective To explore the nursing security risks and preventivemeasures in Department of surgery. Methods In our hospital from 2010 February to 2013 July, 80 patients were treated in the Department of surgeryanalysis, were randomly divided into the control group of 40 cases, 40 cases in observation group, the control group received routine nursing care,observation group against the safety of preventive nursing care, the results of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The incidence of the observation group security problem was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference（P0.05）, nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion There are more hidden troubles in the Department of surgery, nursing staff should promptly discover the hidden safety trouble, eliminate safety problems, take preventive measures, reduce the incidence of adverse events.
