护理干预在肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复中的应用评价

目的研究护理干预在肠道手术患者胃肠功能恢复中的作用。方法将我院收治的292例肠道手术患者作为观察对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,分别给予综合护理干预和常规护理干预进行护理,统计护理数据,评价不同干预性护理方法在恢复肠道手术患者胃肠功能中的效果。结果给予综合护理干预的观察组146例患者中,无腹胀的有56例,占比38.8%,轻度腹胀的有51例,占比35.1%,中度腹胀的有29例,占比20.3%,重度腹胀的有10例,占比6.8%,总有效率为93.2%;给予常规护理的对照组患者中,无腹胀的有18例,占比12.9%,轻度腹胀的有29例,占比20.3%,中度腹胀的有51例,占比35.1%,重度腹胀的有48例,占比32.8%,总有效率为67.6%,两组患者的护理质量也存在显著差异,P〈0.05。结论综合护理干预能显著缓解肠道手术患者的腹胀情况,帮助其胃肠功能恢复,值得推广借鉴。

The application evaluation of nursing intervention in the treatment of intesti-nal surgery patients in the recovery of gastrointestinal functions

Objective To discuss the application evaluation of nursing intervention in the treatment of intestinal surgery patients in the recovery of gastrointestinal functions.Methods 292 intestinal surgery patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction in the recovery of gastrointestinal functions were included in this study. Based on the sequence of enrollment ,they were randomly divided into two groups： the therapy group （146 patients） receiving comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group （146 patients） receiving usual care besides the same basic operative treatment in the two groups. The liver function parameters were observed and compared statistically.Results The experiential group of 146patients,56 cases were cured,in the rate of 38.8%,51 cases were excellent ,in the rate of 35.1%,29 cases appewered valid,in the rate of 20.3%,10 cases were invalid ,in the rate of 6.8%. In another group of 146patients,18 cases were cured,in the rate of 12.9%,29 cases were excellent ,in the rate of 20.3%,51cases appeared valid,in the rate of 35.1%,48 cases were invalid ,in the rate of 32.8%,P〈0.05.Conclusion Nursing intervention has perfect effect application in the treatment of intestinal surgery patients in the recovery of gastrointestinal functions.
