| 摘 要： | 目的探究46例产后出血患者的临床诊疗分析。方法对2013年3月—2014年3月期间我院收治的73例产后出血产妇的临床诊治治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 46例产后出血患者均抢救成功,无产妇死亡,1例行子宫切除术治疗,其余患者均保全子宫。结论加强产后出血的临床诊断,明确病因,及时对症妥善进行抢救,以此保障孕产妇的分娩期生命安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of 46 cases of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical diagnosis treatment period March 2013- March 2014 in our hospital 73 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results 46 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients were rescued, no maternal death, a routine hysterectomy treatment, and the remaining patients were preservation of the uterus. Conclusion Strengthening clinical diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage, a clear cause, symptomatic proper and timely rescue, in order to protect the delivery of maternal lives. |
