米诺环素软膏局部应用对牙周炎患者洁治和根面平整的影响

【目的】比较局部应用米诺环素辅助用于洁治和根面平整（SRP）治疗牙周炎的疗效。【方法】选择本院2009年3月至2010年7月收治的牙周炎患者48例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组24例。对照组实行单纯的SRP，观察组局部应用米诺环素＋SRP，所有患者随访1个月。记录患者治疗前后牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）和探诊深度（PD）以及不良反应。【结果】与对照组相比，观察组GI、PLI和PD均明显下降，且差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。对照组和观察组总有效率分别为66．7％（16／24）和91．7％（22／24），且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者不良反应发生率相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。【结论】牙周炎患者局部应用米诺环素辅助用于SRP治疗慢性牙周炎安全有效，且无明显不良反应。

Influence of Local Use of Minocycline Ointment on Scaling and Root Planning in Patients with Periodontitis

[Objective]To explore the efficacy of local minocycline ointment as an adjuvant treatment of scaling and root planning（SRP） in patients with periodontitis. [Methods]A total of 48 patients with periodontitis in our hospital from March 2009 to July 2010 were chosen and divided into control group and observation group with 24 patients in each group. The control group underwent SRP only, while the observation group was given local minocyeline and SRP. All patients were followed up for 1 month. Gingival index（GI）, plaque index （PLI） , probing depth（PD） and adverse effects were recorded before and after treatment [Results] Compared with control group, the GI, PLI and PD in the observation group were decreased, and there were significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rates in control group and observation group were 66.7 % （16/24） and 91.7% （22/24）, respectively. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups（ P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] SRP assisted with local minocyeline for the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis is safe and effective, and has no obvious adverse reaction.
