护理干预对下肢皮肤牵引患者生活质量的影响及注意事项

目的]探讨护理干预对下肢皮肤牵引患者生活质量的影响。方法]对行下肢皮肤牵引术的患者按照入院时间及自愿原则分为干预组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理，对比两组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量及对护理质量的满意度。结果]护理后两组患者疼痛均显著减轻，与护理前相比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），其中干预组疼痛减轻程度明显优于对照组（t ＝11．767，P ＜0．05）；干预组患者护理后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）总分显著低于对照组，两组相比差异具有统计学意义（ t ＝4．361， P ＜0．05）；干预组患者对护理质量的满意度和信任度均显著高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．696，6．560， P ＜0．05）。结论]舒适护理干预可显著改善患者的睡眠质量、减轻疼痛，提高患者生活质量，改善医患关系，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Skin Traction of Lower Extremity and Announcements

Objective] To explore the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients undergo-ing skin traction of lower extremity .Methods] According to the time of admission and voluntary principle , patients undergoing skin traction of lower extremity were divided into intervention group and control group . The control group received routine nursing care ,while the intervention group received comfortable nursing care on the basis of the control group .The degree of pain ,sleep quality and satisfaction on the quality of care were compared between two groups .Results] Pain in two groups after nursing care was markedly reduced ,and there was significant difference between before and after nursing care （ P ＆lt;0 .05） .Pain in intervention group was alleviated more significantly than that in control group （ t=11 .767 ,P＆lt;0 .05） .The Pittsburg sleep quali-ty index（PSQI） score in intervention group after nursing care was markedly lower than that in control group , and there was significant difference between two groups（ t =4 .361 ,P ＆lt;0 .05） .The satisfaction and trust on quality of nursing care in intervention group were markedly higher than those in control group ,and there was significant difference between two groups （χ2 =5 .696 ,6 .560 ,P ＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusion] Comfortable nursing intervention can significantly improve sleep quality of patients ,reduce the pain ,increase the quality of life of patients and improve the relationship between doctors and patients ,so it is worthy of clinical application .
