上海市嘉定区华亭社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病高危人群的患病状况调查

目的]探讨上海市嘉定区华亭社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）高危人群的患病状况。方法]对上海市嘉定区华亭社区常住居民中的高危人群进行问卷调查及肺功能检测，以肺功能检测结果作为COPD的诊断依据，分析COPD患者的患病率、男女例数、病史等。结果]共有908例有效纳入本调查，平均年龄（66＆#177;2．5）岁，高危人群COPD患病率11．0％（100/908），男性患病率为6．5％（59/908），女性为4．5％（41/908），100例COPD患者中既往被诊断为慢支、肺气肿42例，诊断为COPD 者3例，55例患者未被诊断出慢支、肺气肿或COPD ，无症状者45例，COPD患者的漏诊率达55％（55/100）。结论]上海市嘉定区华亭社区高危人群COPD发病率高，COPD发病隐匿，漏诊率高，对高危人群进行肺功能检查可发现早期COPD患者，提高COPD诊断率，有利于早期防治。

Survey on the Prevalence of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of High-risk Population in Huating Community of Shanghai Jiading District

Objective] To explore the prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） of high-risk population in Huating community of Jiading district in Shanghai .Methods] The high-risk popula-tion of residents in Huating community of Jiading district in Shanghai received questionnaire survey and pulmo-nary function test .Pulmonary function test results were taken as the diagnosis basis of COPD .The preva-lence ,the number of men and women and medical history of COPD patients were analyzed .Results] A total of 908 cases were effectively enrolled in this survey ,and the average age was （66 ＆#177; 2 .5） years old .The preva-lence rate of COPD in high-risk population was 11% （100/908） ,and the male prevalence rate was 6 .5% （59/908 ） ,and the female prevalence rate was 4 .5% （41/908） .Among 100 COPD patients ,42 patients were diag-nosed as chronic bronchitis and emphysema ,and 3 patients were diagnosed as COPD ,and 55 patients were not diagnosed as chronic bronchitis ,emphysema or COPD ,and 45 patients were asymptomatic in the past .The missed diagnosis rate of patients with COPD was 55% （55/100） .Conclusion] The prevalence of COPD of high-risk population in Huating community in Jiading district of Shanghai is high .The onset of COPD is occult and has high missed diagnosis .Pulmonary function test for high-risk population can early find COPD patients and increase the diagnosis rate of COPD so as to make for early prevention and treatment .
