美托洛尔联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床疗效

【目的】探讨美托洛尔联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床疗效。【方法】将86例患者随机分成对照组和试验组，每组43例；对照组采用美托洛尔治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合应用氢氯噻嗪治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后左室射血分数（LVEF），心率，6min步行实验及不良反应发生情况。【结果】试验组总有效率高于对照组，两组患者治疗后的心率和LVEF较治疗前均有所改善，试验组患者治疗后较对照组改善更为明显，试验组6min步行实验治疗后较对照组改善明显，且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。【结论】美托洛尔联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年心力衰竭取得较好临床效果，用药安全，提高了患者的生存质量。

Clinical Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide for the Treatment of Elder- ly Patients with Heart Failure

ObjectivelTo explore the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with hydrochlorothiazide for the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods] Totally 86 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol, while the experimental group was treated with bydrochlorothiazide therapy based on the treatment of control group. The clinical efficacy, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, heart rate（HR）, 6rain walk test and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results] The total ef fective rate in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group. Compared with before treatment, HR and LVEF of two groups after treatment were improved, and the improvement of the experimental group after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group after treatment. Compared with the control group, the 6min walk test in experimental group were improved more obviously, and there was signifi cant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. No obvious adverse reaction occurred in two groups. Conclusion] Metoprolol combined with hydroehlorothiazide for the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure has better clinical results, and its medication is safe. It can improve the patient＇s quality of life and reduce the mortality.
