泪囊鼻腔吻合术与泪道插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效分析

目的 比较泪道插管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 将慢性泪囊炎69例（70眼）,分为泪道插管术组24例（25眼）和泪囊鼻腔吻合术组45例（45眼）,观察2组疗效.结果 随访6～42个月,泪道插管术组治愈18眼,好转2眼,无效5眼,总有效率80.00%;泪囊鼻腔吻合术组治愈38眼,好转6眼,无效1眼,总有效率97.78%.2组间总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 泪道插管术与泪囊鼻腔吻合术均是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法,各有其优缺点;泪道插管术因其操作简单、安全、微创,值得应用和推广.

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF DACRYOCYSTORHINOSTOMY AND INTERVENTIONAL IMPLANTATION WITH LACRIMAL DUCT INTUBATION FOR CHRONIC DACRYOCYSTITIS

Objective To compare the clinical effects of lacrimal duct intubation with dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of chronic dacryoeystitis. Methods Twenty-four cases （25 eyes） with chronic daeryocystitis patients received lacrimal duct intubation and 45 cases（45 eyes）with chronic dacryocystitis patients received dacryoeystorhinostomy and their efficacy were analyzed. Results After followed up 6 -42 months, 18 eyes were cured ,2 eyes alleviated ,and there were still 5 eyes without any improvement in lacrimal duct intubation group, 38 eyes were cured,6 eyes alleviated, and the symptom of 1 eye did not been changed in dacryocystorhinostomy group. The total effective rate of lacrimal duct intubation group was 80.00% and that of dacryocystorhinostomy group was 97.78%, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Both interventional implantation with lacrimal duct intubation and dacryocystorhinostomy are effective treatments for the chronic dacryocystitis with their different characteristics. The interventional implantation with lacrimal duct intubation is a simple, safe and effective with minimally invasive treatment method for chronic dacryocystitis and could be applied and promoted.
