抗栓压力泵对预防脑卒中卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓效果观察

【目的】探讨抗栓压力泵对预防脑卒中卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的效果。【方法】选择286例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组143例和观察组143例。对照组早期采用脑卒中常规药物治疗和护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予抗栓压力泵治疗，每天两次，每次30min。7d后行彩超检查评定两组患者下肢DVT的发生情况及患者总疗效。【结果】对照组有6例发生下肢DVT，观察组1例发生下肢DVT，对照组DVT发生率明显高于观察组（P〈0．05）。【结论】抗栓压力泵治疗能有效预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢DVT的形成。

Observation on Antithrombotic Pressure Pump for Preventing Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis in Bedridden Patients with Stroke

Objective] To explore the efficacy of antithrombotic pressure pump for preventing lower limb deep venous thrombosis in bedridden patients with stroke. Methods] Totally 286 patients with stroke were chosen and randomly divided into control group（ n = 143） and observation group（ n = 143）. All patients in two groups received the early conventional drug therapy and nursing care. The observation group was additionally given antithrombotic pressure pump twice daily and for 30min per time. After 7 days, color Doppler ultrasound was used to evaluate the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and the total curative effect of patients in two groups. Results] In control group, 6 patients had lower limb deep vein thrombosis. In observation group, no one had lower limb deep vein thrombosis. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in control group was obviously higher than that in observation group（ P 〈0. 05） Conclusion] Antithrombotic pressure pump can effectively prevent lower extremity deep Vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.
