湖南省新农合维持性腹膜透析患者自我管理的调查分析与对策

[目的]调查维持性腹膜透析（C A PD ）患者自我管理所存在的问题，探讨提高患者自我管理能力的方法。[方法]通过问卷调查的方法对本院50例新农合CAPD患者进行一般资料和自我管理情况调查。[结果]50例新农合C A PD患者自我管理在六个大项，十三个分项的平均得分值显示患者在透析操作，服药，水盐控制三方面得分较高，各项得分良好率均在30％～40％；在透析知识，饮食摄入，心理健康等三项得分偏低，各项得分良好率均低于20％。[结论]新农合C A PD患者自我管理情况普遍较差，医护人员应对其加强透析前健康教育，指导患者严格遵守饮食原则，改善心理自我管理，帮助其提高自我管理能力。

Survey on Self-management of Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis Patients under New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Hunan Province

[Objective]To investigate the problems in self-management of continuous ambulatory peritoneal di-alysis（CAPD） patients ,and to explore how to improve self-management skills .[Methods]Questionnaire survey method was used to investigate general information and self-management situation of 50 CAPD patients under new rural cooperative medical system in our hospital .[Results]The average scores of 6 main items and 13 sub-items of self-management showed that the scores of dialysis procedure ,drug administration and the controlling of water and salt in 50 CAPD patients under new rural cooperative medical system were higher ,and the good rates of scores of each item were 30% ~40% .The scores of dialysis knowledge ,diet intake and mental health were lower ,and the good rates of scores of each item were less than 20% .[Conclusion]The situation of self-management in CAPD pa-tients under new rural cooperative medical system is generally poor .Health care workers should strengthen health education before dialysis ,guide patients to strictly abide by diet principle and improve mental self-management in order to increase self-management skills .
