疝环充填式和平片式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效及预后对比观察

[目的]比较分析疝环充填式疝修补术和平片式疝术治疗腹股沟疝修补的疗效及预后。[方法]将本院在2010年9月至2012年4月收治的184例腹股沟疝患者分为充填组（ n ＝92）和平片组（ n ＝92）。充填组采用疝环充填式疝修补术治疗，对照组患者采用平片式疝修补术治疗，比较两组的手术疗效及其预后。[结果]充填组的手术时间为（40．23＆#177;6．31）min、术中出血量为（34．27＆#177;7．05） mL、住院时间为（4．69＆#177;1．37） d、疼痛持续时间为（1．69＆#177;0．47）d、下床活动时间为（1．18＆#177;0．23）d，总并发症发生率为5．43％，复发率为1．09％。平片组的手术时间为（49．24＆#177;7．78） min、术中出血量为（56．16＆#177;10．32） mL、住院时间为（6．43＆#177;2．26） d、疼痛持续时间为（2．43＆#177;0．36） d、下床活动时间为（2．26＆#177;0．31） d ，总并发症发生率为11．96％，复发率为5．43％。两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、疼痛持续时间、下床活动时间、总并发症发生率和和复发率比较差异均有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]与平片式疝修补术相比，疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效更好，复发率更低，预后更好，可以作为腹股沟疝首选的治疗方法。

Comparative Study of the Efficacy and Prognosis of Mesh Plug Tension-free Inguinal Hernior-rhaphy vs Plain Film Inguinal Herniorrhaphy for the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

[Objective] To compare and analyze the efficacy and prognosis of mesh plug tension-free ingui-nal herniorrhaphy vs plain film inguinal herniorrhaphy for the treatment of inguinal hernia .[Methods] Totally 184 patients with inguinal hernia in our hospital from Sept .2010 to April 2012 were divided into filling group （ n =92） and plain group（ n=92） .Filling group underwent mesh plug tension-free herniorrhaphy ,while con-trol group underwent plain film tension-free herniorrhaphy .[Results]In filing group ,the operation time was 40 .23 ＆#177; 6 .31min ,and intraoperative bleeding volume was 34 .27 ＆#177; 7 .05mL ,and the time of hospitalization was 4 .69 ＆#177; 1 .37 days ,and pain duration was 1 .69 ＆#177; 0 .47 days ,and the leaving bed time was 1 .18 ＆#177; 0 .23 days , and total complication rate was 5 .43% ,and the relapse rate was 1 .09% .In plain group ,the operation time was 49 .24 ＆#177; 7 .78min ,and intraoperative bleeding volume was 56 .16 ＆#177; 10 .32ml ,and the time of hospitaliza-tion was 6 .43 ＆#177; 2 .26 days ,and pain duration was 2 .43 ＆#177; 0 .36 days ,and the leaving bed time was 2 .26 ＆#177; 0 .31 days ,and total complication rate was 11 .96% ,and relapse rate was 5 .43% .The operation time ,intraopera-tive bleeding volume ,the time of hospitalization ,pain duration ,the leaving bed time ,complication rate and re-lapse rate in filling group were significantly lower than those in plain group （ P ＆lt;0 .05） .[Conclusion]Com-pared with plain film inguinal herniorrhaphy ,mesh plug herniorrhaphy for the treatment of inguinal hernia has better curative effect ,less relapse rate and better prognosis ,so it can be used as the preferred method to treat inguinal hernia .
