| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨miR-155在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）患者外周血中的表达及意义。【方法】采用qRT-PCR检测43例ICP患者（观察组）及20例同期正常妊娠妇女（对照组）外周血miR-155RNA表达，并比较分析血清miR-155水平与ICP患者的年龄、孕周、经产与否等的相关性。【结果】miR-155在观察组中表达显著高于对照组，血清miR-155水平与ICP患者的年龄、孕周、经产与否、胎数无关，与围产儿预后相关。【结论】血清miR-155在ICP患者中的表达较正常孕妇高，且在ICP诊断和围产儿预后预测中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore the expression of miR 155 in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis（ICP） and its significance. [Methods] The expression of miR-155 RNA in peripheral blood of 43 ICP patients（observation group） and 20 normal pregnant women （control group） were measured by qRT-PCR. The correlation of serum level of miR-15S with age, gestational weeks and multiparity was analyzed. [[Results] The expression of miR-155 in observation group was markedly higher than that in control group. Serum level of miR-155 had no correlation with age, gestational weeks, multiparity and fetus number, but was related to the prognosis of infants.[Conclusion]The expression of serum miR-155 in ICP patients is higher than that in normal pregnant women, and plays an important role in the diagnosis of ICP and the prediction of the prognosis of infants. |
