百强固位纤维用于上切牙外伤后松牙固定的疗效评价

【目的】评价百强固位纤维用于上切牙外伤后松牙固定的临床效果。【方法】选择60例上中切牙及侧切牙外伤病例，按门诊就诊顺序随机分为两组（每组30例），分别采用百强固位纤维（试验组）与弓丝托槽（对照组）技术固定。统计两组固定前及固定后4周患者舒适指数、材料脱落牙位数、有效固定牙位数并进行统计学分析。【结果】试验组患者舒适指数显著优于对照组（16．3±1．985vs8．2±1．357），差异有显著性（t=2．753，P〈0．05）；两组之间的有效固定率、材料脱落牙位数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】百强固位纤维应用于上切牙外伤松动牙固定效果可靠，具有良好的舒适效果，是一种理想的牙周夹板。

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Biosplint Retention Band Used in the Teeth Ligation after Ag- omphiasis Caused by Maxillary Incisor Tooth Trauma

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Biosplint retention fiber used in teeth ligation after agomphiasis caused by upper incisor tooth trauma. [Methods] According to the visit order of outpatients, 60 cases of upper, middle and lateral incisor tooth trauma were chosen and randomly divided into Biosplint retention band group（experimental group, n = 30） and orthodontic wire and bracket group（control group, n= 30）. Comfortable index, tooth number of material defluxion and effective fixation before and 4 weeks after fixation were compared between two groups. Statistical analysis was taken. [Results]The comfortable index of experimental group was much better than control group（16.3% 1. 985 vs 8.2% 1. 357）, and there was significant difference（ t = 2. 753, P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in effective fixation rate and tooth number of material defluxion between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. [ConclusionIBiosplint retention fiber used in teeth ligation after agomphiasis caused by upper incisor trauma has reliable efficacy and good comfort, so it is an ideal periodontal splint.
