股神经损伤后脊髓内部P物质和L-脑啡肽的变化

摘    要:用免疫组织化学PAP技术观察了大白鼠单侧股神经切断以后,脊髓内SP和Enk样免疫产物的变化。一侧股神经切断后,同侧脊髓腰2、3、4节段后角的Ⅰ、Ⅱ板层内SP、Enk样免疫产物的减少开始于术后第10天,SP减少最明显在30天。此后,随着存活时间延长逐渐恢复,两侧差异缩小,一直维持至60—90天,至120天两侧差异已不很明显。术后各时期Enk样免疫产物反应性的两侧自然对比差别没有SP那样明显。本文对SP和Enk样免疫产物的减少和恢复的机制进行了讨论。

Abstract:Changes of substance P (SP) and Enkephalin (ENK) in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord of the rat after unilateral femoral nerve section were investigated. A process of decrease and partial recovery of SP and Enk immunoreactivity was observed in I. II. Laminae of L_(2-4) spinal segment by the peroxidaseanti-peroxidase method. The time of depletion began at about 10 days after the nerve had been cut. The SP reaction product could be seen a significative decrease at the 30 th day. It was more significative in the medial region of the dorsal horn. At the 60 th day the immunocytochemistry was recovered in part. The difference of the staining between the two sides (operative and unoperative) was gradually diminished at the 90 th-120 th day.
