阿立呱唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的比较研究

目的以利培酮为对照,探讨阿立呱唑治疗精神分裂疗效和不良反应。方法将80例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂患者随机分为2组,分别给予阿立呱唑和利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后的疗效近似(P>0.05);阿立呱唑组和利培酮组的显效率无显著性差异(P>0.05);阿立呱唑组的不良反应发生率低于利培酮组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。利培酮组锥体外系不良反应和内分泌改变的发生均明显高于阿立呱唑组(P均<0.05)。结论阿立呱唑和利培酮对精神分裂症的疗效相当,但阿立哌唑不良反应较少。

Comparison study of Aripiprazole and Risperidone on schizophrenia

Objective It is to discuss the curative effect and untoward reaction of Aripiprazole on schizophrenia and compared with Risperidone.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia who were accorded with CCMD-3 were randomly divided into two groups and treated with Aripiprazole and Risperidone for eight weeks.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS) and treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS) were used to evaluate curative effect and untoward reaction.Results The curative effect in Aripiprazole group after eight weeks was similar to that in Risperidone group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference on excellence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of untoward reaction in Aripiprazole group was lower than that in Risperidone group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidences of extra-pyramidal symptoms and endocrine change in Risperidone group were obviously higher than those in Aripiprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole is as effective as Risperidone on schizophrenia,but Aripiprazole has fewer untoward reactions.
