| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脑梗死动脉内超早期溶栓治疗的方法。方法对49例用尿激酶进行超早期动脉内溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者进行分析,观察闭塞血管再通和神经功能障碍恢复情况。结果49例患者溶栓后血管再通33例,成功再通率为67.4%。术后平均NIHSS评分改善程度椎基底动脉系统明显优于预内动脉系统(P0.05)。结论超早期动脉内尿激酶溶栓是急性脑梗死安全有效的治疗方法之一。
