床旁血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床观察

目的研究床旁血液灌流治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）的效果。方法对在常规内科治疗上加用床旁血液灌流治疗（治疗组）的23例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并以24例（对照组）采用常规内科治疗的病例作对照。结果治疗组和对照组比较,患者昏迷至清醒时间、胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间、住院时间明显缩短,中间综合征发生率下降,应用阿托品总量减少（P均〈0.01）,病死率降低（P〈0.05）。结论血液灌流能迅速清除体内毒物,提高急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者抢救成功率。

Clinical observation of bedside hemoperfusion in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To study the clinical effects of bedside hemopeffusion therapy in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP）. Methods 47 patients with AOPP were randomly divided into treatment group （23 cases） and control group （24 cases）. All patients were given conventional medical treatment .Treatment group was additionally given bedside hemoperfusion. Results In comparison with the control group, patients in the treatment group needed shorter time for waking from the coma and shorter time for hospitalization （P〈0.01）,incidence of intermediate syndrome and shorter time for serum cholinesterase activity to recovery. Moreover, total dose of atropine applied in the treatment group were lower（P〈0.01 ） and the mortality were lower in this gruop （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hemopeffusion can clear organophosphorus pesticide rapidly in the body and raise the survival rate.
