外周血白细胞计数与2型糖尿病的相关性探讨

目的探讨外周血白细胞计数（WBC）与2型糖尿病（T2DM）的相关性。方法对138例T2DM患者和46例健康患者（对照组）的WBC、糖、脂肪代谢的相关指标进行比较。结果 T2DM患者的年龄、体质指数（BMI）、WBC、空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HBA1C）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、HOMA-IR均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;Spearman相关分析显示WBC与年龄、病程、BMI、hs-CRP、HBA1C、LDL、HOMA-IR呈正相关（P〈0.01）。多元逐步回归分析,以WBC为因变量,仅有年龄、病程、BMI、hs-CRP、HBA1C、HOMA-IR、LDL进入回归方程。结论 WBC的升高（虽然在正常范围内）可能参与了T2DM的发生,也可能成为T2DM的危险性预测指标。

Discussion on correlation between white blood cell count and type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the relationship of white blood cell count （WBC）and type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods Blood pressure,serum lipids, plasm glucose,HBA1C,body mass index（BMI）and WBC were analyzed in 138 patients with T2DM and 46 control subjects. Results Age,WBC,high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,BMI,FPG,HBAlc,low density lipoprotein （LDL）and HOMA-IR were markedly higher in patients with T2DM compared with control subjects （P〈0.05）.Spearman＇s correlation analysis showed that WBC was positively correlated to age,WBC ,duta of diabetes BMI, HBA1C, LDL, HOMA-IR （P〈0.01）. Furthermore,multiple stepwise regression analysis demenstrated that age, duta of diabetes BMI, HBA1C,hs-CRP,LDL,HOMA-IR were associated with WBC. Conclusion Elevated WBC count （although still within the normal range）may play a role in the pathogenesis of T2DM and become the risk forecast index of T2DM.
