| 摘 要： | 目的]测定广西产红腺忍冬中绿原酸、总绿原酸和总黄酮的含量，为广西产红腺忍冬的质量控制提供依据。方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量，采用紫外可见分光光度法测定总绿原酸和总黄酮的含量。结果]采自广西忻城各地的红腺忍冬中绿原酸、总绿原酸和总黄酮的平均含量依次为5．31％，9．34％，4．83％。结论]该方法准确、简便，具有良好的重复性和稳定性，可用于红腺忍冬药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective]To determine the content of chlorogenic acid, total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in Lonicera Hypogtauca Miq grown in Guangxi in order to provide evidence for quality control. Methods]Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC, and total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids were determine by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Results ] The average contents of chlorogenic acid, total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq grown in Xincheng in Guangxi were 5.31%, 9.34% and 4.83%.Conclusion] This method is accurate and simple to practice with good repeatability and stability, and could be used for quality control of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. |
