七氟烷吸入复合骶管阻滞麻醉与静脉复合麻醉在小儿疝修补术中的应用比较

目的比较七氟烷吸入复合骶管阻滞麻醉以及静脉复合麻醉在小儿疝修补术中的应用效果。方法将224例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级择期手术患儿分为2组,各112例,Ⅰ组为七氟烷吸入复合骶管阻滞麻醉组,Ⅱ组为静脉复合麻醉组,观察两组的麻醉效果。结果Ⅰ组患儿术中心率（HR）、平均动脉压（MAP）、呼吸频率（R）变化不明显。Ⅱ组术中心率（HR）、平均动脉压（MAP）较术前升高（P〈0.05）,呼吸频率（R）明显低于术前。而且Ⅱ组患儿苏醒时间明显延长、苏醒期不良反应也多于Ⅰ组患儿。结论七氟烷吸入复合骶管阻滞与静脉复合麻醉在小儿疝修补术中相比,患儿更容易接受,麻醉过程平稳,苏醒快,苏醒期不良反应少,更适合在小儿疝修补术中应用。

Sevoflurane inhalation combined caudal block anesthesia in pediatric herniorrhaphy

Objective To compare the effect of sevoflurane inhalation combined caudal block,intravenous anesthesia in pediatric herniorrhaphy. Methods 224 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade children of scheduled surgery were divided into two groups：sevoflurane inhalation combined caudal block anesthesia group （Group Ⅰ ） ;intravenous anesthesia group （Group Ⅱ ）. Results Heart rate （HR）, mean arterial pressure （MAP）, respiratory rate （RR）of Group Ⅰ did not change significantly. But In Group Ⅱ , HR and MAP increased compared with preoperative （P〈0.05）, RR was significantly lower than preoperative,the recovery time was prolonged compared with Group Ⅰ ,side reactions in awake were less than in Group Ⅱ. Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation combined candal block anesthesia used in pediatric herniorrhaphy, is accessible and stabile, awake up fast, and fewer side reactions in recovery period. This method may be well recommended in pediatric herniorrhaphy.
