皮瓣多点缝合防治乳腺癌术后并发症的临床研究

目的探讨在乳腺癌改良根治术中加用腋窝及胸壁与皮瓣缝合减少皮下积液的临床效果。方法将96例行乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为两组,治疗组行腋窝、胸壁与皮瓣缝合,对照组采用传统缝合方法。对比观察两组术后每天的引流量、皮下积液发生率、皮瓣坏死率等指标。结果术后两组引流量、皮下积液发生率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后两组皮瓣坏死率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论乳腺癌改良根治术中采用皮瓣多点缝合可明显减少术后引流量及皮下积液发生率。

The clinical research of the effect of several points suture in decreasing the complications of modified radical mastectomy

Objective To find out the clinical effects of decreasing the postoperative complications by suturing skin flap with axillary fossa and chest wall （several points suture）during modified radical mastectomy. Methods The patients were randomly separated into the experimental group and the control group. In the first group the patients were treated by several points suture ,while others were treated by the traditional way. Results There were significantly differences between the two groups in the mount of drainage liquid and the incidence of subcutaneous liquid accumulation （P〈0.05）.However, there was no difference in the incidence of skin flap necrosis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The use of several points suture in modified radical mastectomy can reduce the mount of drainage liquid each day and the incidence of subcutaneous liquid accumulation.
