| 摘 要： | 目的比较采用人工股骨头置换和DHS内固定治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究,将我院2005年9月~2010年12月收治的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折44例患者随机分成A、B两组,选取手术时间、出血量、X线暴露等指标进行统计学分析。结果两种手术方法治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折无统计学差异。结论人工股骨头置换治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折安全有效。

Clinical comparison of two surgical methods of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the comparison of joint prosthesis replacement, DHS inter fixation in elderly patients. Methods 44 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into A, B group, selected the operation time, blood loss, X-ray exposure and other indicators used for statistical analysis. Results The two surgical treatments for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture was no significant difference. Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with joint prosthesis replacement intertrochanteric fractures is safe and effective. |
