频谱心电图检查在儿童心肌炎诊断中的应用

目的:分析心电图和频谱心电图检查在儿童心肌炎诊断中的临床价值。方法:临床拟诊心肌炎病儿515例,采用Wilson连接方式,分别做心电图和频谱心电图。应用北京美高仪软件技术有限公司研制、生产的ECG-LAB2.0Gold型心电综合分析系统进行分析。结果:心电图和频谱心电图同时异常者69例(13.4%);心电图(ECG)异常者79例(15.3%);频谱心电图(FCG)异常者195例(37.8%);频谱心电图的异常率大于心电图的异常率(P<0.05)。心电图和频谱心电图异常者最终确诊为心肌炎的86例,其中10例为心电图正常而频谱心电图异常者.结论:频谱心电图对心肌炎的早期诊断比心电图更敏感,可避免部分心肌炎的误诊诊断,但有一定的假阳性。

THE VALUE OF FREQUENCY CARDIOGRAM IN DIAGNOSISOF CHILDREN WITH MYOCARDITIS

Objective：To analyse the clinical value of electrocardiogram （ECG） and the frequency cardiogram （FCG）in diagnosis of children with myocarditis. Methods：The electrocardiogram （ECG） and the frequency cardiogram（FCG）separately with wilson connection were analyzed by ECG-LAB 2.0Gold electrocardiac analyzing system made in Bejing Meigaoyi software tech. co.Ltd, in 515 children with myocarditis diagnesed clinically Results ：there are 79 abnormal cases in ECG（15.3%）and there are 195 abnormal cases in FCG（37.8%）. Both the abnormity in ECG and FCG were 63cases（13.5%）. The abnormoly rate in FCG is higher that in ECG（P0.05）. The abnormal cases diagnosed finally as myocarditis are 86 cases in ECG and FCG. 10 cases were normal in ECG but abnormal in FCG. Conclusion：The FCG is more sensitive than the ECG in early diagnosis of myocarditis, can avoid missing diagnosis for part myocarditis, but there are some unreal positive cases.
