| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效。方法跟骨关节内骨折28例（32足），采用跟骨外侧可延伸的L形切口入路，将跟距关节面解剖复位，Bohler角和Gissane角恢复正常，可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定。结果所有患者均获11～36个月随访。根据Maryland足部评分系统，优20足、良8足、可4足，优良率87．5％。结论跟骨关节内移位骨折采用切开复位可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗，能早期功能锻炼，减少并发症，降低病残率。
