摘    要:目的 :研究一氧化氮自由基和铜、铁离子在细胞恶性变中的协同作用。方法 :测定了 111例癌症病人和 36例健康人血清中醛基丙二醛 (MDA)浓度 (以此作为脂质过氧化指标 )、铜、铁离子浓度。结果 :癌症患者脂质过氧化水平 (测定MDA)明显高于健康人 (P <0 .0 0 1)。同健康对照组比较 ,血清铜水平明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,但铁水平无显著变化。结论 :一氧化氮自由基和铜、铁离子可促进反应性氧类 (ROS)产生 ,引发和 /或加速正常细胞恶性化

Abstract:Objective:To study the synergism of ions of Cu 2 and Fe 3 and NO free radical in cell malignant transformation. Methods: The concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA) and trace elements(copper and iron) were detected in 111 patients with cancers. Meanwhile the levels of serum nitric oxide were also measured. Thirty-six healthy persons took part in as controls. Results: lipid preoccupation (measured as MDA) was significantly increased in the patients than that in the control group ( P <0.01). As compared to the healthy controls, serum copper level in the patients was significantly increased ( P <0.01). The concentration of iron, however, remained unchanged. Conclusion: Ions of Cu 2 and Fe 3 as well as NO free radical may increase ROS production, which can trigger and/or promote the malignant transformation of normal cell.
