| 摘 要： | 目的分析中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤化疗前后肿瘤细胞凋亡,进而推测化疗疗效.方法以流式细胞仪检测替尼泊甙(teniposide)化疗前后中枢神经系统多种恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡发生率.结果 300mg/M2 替尼泊甙化疗可显著提高中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡发生率,从(21.39±15.56)%提高至(78.81±14.11)%(P=1.74×10-11);不影响正常脑组织细胞凋亡发生率(P=0.066).结论替尼泊甙化疗可显著诱导中枢神经系统多种恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡,具有强大的抗肿瘤作用.
