| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊内镜在上消化道出血诊治中的作用。方法对2000年1月至2005年7月期间284例上消化道出血患者急诊内镜结果进行分析。结果284例中271例止血有效,有效率达95.42%。结论急诊内镜在上消化道出血诊治中的作用是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the action of acute gastroendoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method To analyse the effect of acute gastroendoscopy on 284 patients of upper gastrointostinal hemorrhage. Rezult 271 eases are effective among 284 patients, the effective rate is 95.42%. Conclusion The action of acute gastroendoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is safe and effective. |
