芎芍胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的：观察芎芍胶囊治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：选择冠心病心绞痛患者60例，随机单盲分为两组，芎芍胶囊组和西药对照组各30例，分别予以芎芍胶囊和西药消心痛，阿司匹林对照治疗4周。结果：芎芍胶囊组，西药对照组总有效率分别为90．00％和76．67％；心电图疗效，芎芍胶囊组，西药对照组总有效率分别为66．67％和40．00％，两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）；芎芍胶囊组治疗后全血粘度明显降低，与西药对照组比较差异有显著性P＜0．05，P＜0．01），红细胞聚集指数，血小板聚集率及血小板粘附率亦有明显降低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），血小板聚集率与西药对照组比较，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）；芎芍胶囊组治疗后血胆固醇（TC）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）明显降低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），西药对照组LDL－C则有所升高（P＜0．05）。结论：芎芍胶囊对冠心病心绞痛在改善心绞痛症状，缺血心电图改变和血液流变学等方面有较好疗效，同时还可降低TC及LDL－C，降低动脉硬化指数。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Xiongshao Capsule on Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiongshao Capsule (XSC) in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with XSC (XSC group) and isosorbide dinitrate combined aspirin (control group) respectively for 4 weeks and observed by single blind method. Results: The total effective rate in relieving angina in the XSC group and the control group was 90.00% and 76.67% respectively, that in improving ECG changes was 66.67% and 40.00% respectively, the difference of the two parameters between the two groups was significant, all P<0 05. After treatment, obvious effects in reducing whole blood viscosity, RBC agglutination index, platelet agglutination rate and adhesive rate were showed in the XSC group, which were more effective than those in the control group (P<0 05). Levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) were lowered in the XSC group while LDL C was increased in the control group. Conclusion: XSC has better effect in improving angina pectoris, ischemic changes in ECG and hemorrheologic features, it could also reduce the serum TC and LDL C level and decrease the arteriosclerosis index.
