2165例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染调查分析

目的探讨本地区的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染情况。方法本次的调查对象为来我院进行宫颈癌筛查的20岁以上的本地区居民,以年龄为依据进行分组,对其人乳头瘤的感染情况及各种亚型的分布情况进行分析。结果与其他的年龄段进行比较,20～34岁组具有较高的总HPV检出率（P〈0.05）。与年龄在55岁以上的年龄组进行比较,20～54岁组均具有较高的HR-HPV检出率（P〈0.05）。HPV高危型HPV、低危型HPV均与LCT检出率间存在显著的相关性（P〈0.05）。HPV亚型52的构成比为17.49%,HPV亚型58的构成比为9.84%,HPV亚型31的构成比为9.57%,HPV亚型53为8.74%,HPV亚型16为8.47%,是调查人群中位于HPV亚型前5位。结论本次的宫颈筛查表明,本地区的HPV感染率与我国的其他城市比较,水平较高。但是与国内其他城市的HPV感染情况比较其HPV感染的亚型分布又有所不同,本地区感染率最高的HPV亚型为52,而58、31、53、16 HPV亚型的感染率相对较低,位于2～5位。

Cervical human papillomavirus infection :A survey of 2165 cases

Objective To investigate the region of cervical human papillomavirus infection.Methods The survey object selected in our hospital for the screening of cervical cancer over the age of 20 residents of the region,according to their age group to its human papilloma infection and its various types of pressure distribution for analysis.Results Compared with other age groups,20-34-year-old group had a high rate of HPV detection(P < 0.05).Compared with over 55 years group,the 20 years to 54 years group had higher rates of HR-HPV detection(P < 0.05).There were significant correlation between HPV,high-risk HPV,low-risk HPV types and the detection rate of LCT(P < 0.05).HPV types 52,the composition ratio was 17.49%,58 the composition ratio was 9.84%,31 the composition ratio was 9.57%,53 was 8.74%,16 was 8.47%,they were the top five HPV types in the survey population.Conclusion The cervical screening showed that the region of HPV infection compared with other cities in China,with a high level.But other cities with domestic comparator HPV infection HPV infection,there are different subtypes,the highest infection rates in the region of HPV types 52,and 58,31,53,16 HPV subtype infection rates are relatively low,in the 2-5 position.
