支原体和衣原体感染对男性不育患者精液质量的影响

目的分析和探讨支原体和衣原体感染对男性不育患者精液的影响。方法选取我院收治的男性不育患者85例作为观察组,另选取有生育史的正常男性82例作为对照组,采用培养法对上述受试者的精液中的支原体和衣原体进行检测,同时测定精液量、精子密度、精子活率、精子活力和畸形率,并对所得结果进行统计分析。结果观察组精液中的支原体和衣原体的阳性检出率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,支原体和衣原体阳性的受试者的精液量、精子密度、精子活率、精子活力均较低。结论精液中支原体和衣原体感染影响精液的质量,造成男性不育。

Effects of mycoplasma and chlamydia infections on semen quality of infertile men

Objective To analyze and explore effects of mycoplasma and chlamydia infections on semen quality of infertile men.Methods Selected 85 infertile male patients receiving treatment in our hospital as observation group,while 82 normal males with a history of fertility as the control group.Tested the mycoplasma and chlamydia of above subjects by culture methods;meanwhile measured semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm motility,sperm viability and deformity rate;then carried out statistical analysis of the results.Results The positive rate of testing of mycoplasma and chlamydia in the semen in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Subjects with positive mycoplasma and chlamydia possessed relatively lower semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm viability and sperm motility.Conclusion Mycoplasma and chlamydia infections in semen will affect semen quality,resulting in male infertility.
