丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化的药理作用及安全性分析

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效,以供医生参考使用,并分析药物的药理作用。方法将我院2009年9月～2011年6月收治的48例特发性肺纤维化患者随机分为两组：对照组给予一般常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,观察两组治疗前后的血氧分压和一氧化碳弥散量情况以及疗效情况,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗前两组的血氧分压和一氧化碳弥散量各指标无统计学意义,治疗后两组的血氧分压和一氧化碳弥散量各指标：实验组疗效的总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为70.83%;实验组的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用丹红注射液辅助对特发性肺纤维化具有较好疗效,值得临床应用。

Danhong injection treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, pharmacological effects and safety analysis

Objective To investigate Danhong injection in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis clinical efficacy for medical reference,and analyze the pharmacological effects of drugs.Methods All 48 cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in our hospital from September 2009 to June 2011,were randomly divided into normal control group treated with conventional therapy,and experimental group based on control group given Danhong injection,before and after treatment were observed in blood oxygen and carbon monoxide diffusing capacity as well as efficacy of the situation,and the results were statistically 1analyzed.Results Before treatment the blood oxygen and carbon monoxide diffusing capacity of the targets were not significantly different,After treatment,blood oxygen and carbon monoxide diffusing capacity of the indicators there was a significant difference;treatment experimental group was efficiency of 87.50% in the control group,the total effective rate was 70.83%;experimental treatment group were significantly better than control group patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection auxiliary of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis have a good effect,in clinical application.
