血糖升高对急性脑出血患者预后的影响

目的探讨血糖升高对急性脑出血患者预后的影响。方法收集我院急性脑出血合并血糖升高患者87例（34例伴糖尿病）,观察糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者脑出血量、出血部位以及预后的关系。结果合并糖尿病的患者病情重,预后差,糖尿病患者发生脑出血后出血量多（〉30 mL）,血糖水平升高（〉9.6 mmol/L）,降糖速度慢（〉7d）,显效率低。结论急性脑出血患者血糖升高提示预后不良。

Hyperglycemia on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage effect

Objective To investigate the influence of hyperglycaemia on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH).Methods Collected in our hospital for acute cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyperglycemia in 87 cases(34 cases with diabetes),observed in diabetic patients and non diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage,bleeding site and prognosis.Results The pathogenetic condition of patients with ACH complicating hyperglycaemia was serious and the prognosis of them was baddish.Comparing with non-diabetic patients,the amount of bleeding on diabetic patients with ACH was larger(>30 mL),The level of blood sugar was higher(>9.6 mmol/L),the speed of degrading sugar was slower(>7 days),then the effective rate was lower.Conclusion There are intimate relationship between hyperglycaemia and the prognosis on patients with ACH.
