耳脑胶粘合骨及软骨法治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲

目的：探讨耳脑胶粘合骨及软骨法治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲的可行性及疗效。方法：47例鼻中隔偏曲青少年在全麻下行黏膜下鼻中隔骨及软骨大块切除,体外修剪软骨,鼻内镜下采用耳脑胶将切割成小块的骨及软骨粘贴于黏骨软骨膜上,粘合切口。结果：本组全部患者无并发症,随访2～3.5年,患者鼻腔通气良好,外鼻形状无改变,鼻中隔居中无穿孔,用力呼吸鼻中隔无飘动。结论：鼻中隔内耳脑胶粘合骨、软骨法治疗青少年鼻中隔偏曲的方法切实可行。

Treatment of deflection of nasal septum by gluing of bone and cartilage with EC glue in teenagers

Objective：To explore the feasibility and therapeutic efficacy of bone and cartilage gluing with EC glue in the treatment of deflection of nasal septum in teenagers.Methods：The bone and cartilage of the nasal septum were removed under general anesthesia in 47 teenagers with deflection of nasal septum.The cartilage of the nasal septum was repaired in vitro.The incised bone and cartilage sclerites were pasted on the perichondrium of myxo-bone with EC glue under endoscope,and the incisions were agglutinated.Results：Complications were not found in all the patients.During a follow-up period of 2 to 3.5 years,the ventilation of nasal cavity was good,the shape of external nose was not changed,and the nasal septum had no perforation and flutter during forced breathing.Conclusion：The gluing of bone and cartilage with EC glue is a feasible method for treating the deflection of the nasal septum in teenagers.
