2005年泰安市农村外来妇女艾滋病病毒感染状况调查

目的]了解泰安市农村外来妇女艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为全市艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据.方法]2005年10月对1985年以后由外省到泰安市并与本地人员结婚的1284名农村妇女进行调查,并采血检测抗-HIV.结果]检测1 284名外来妇女,抗-HIV阳性的7例,感染率为0.55%.7例HIV感染者中,29岁、30岁各2例,32岁、34岁、35岁各1例;6例来自云南省,1例来自河南省;迁入时间分别为1992年、2000年、2002年、2003年、2004年、2005年;7名感染者配偶中5人抗-HIV阳性,检测的4名子女抗-HIV均阳性.结论]泰安市来自外省并与本地人结婚的农村妇女已造成HIV的传播,是泰安市艾滋病防治的重点人群.

Investigation on HIV Infection among Immigrated Women in Rural Areas of Taian in 2005

Objective]To understand the HIV infection status among immigrated women in some rural areas of taian city,in order to provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Methods]An investigation was conducted through household visit among 1 284 rural women coming to Taian from other provinces or abroad in October,2005,and the blood samples were collected for HIV antibody test.Results]Among 1 284 subjects studied,the HIV infection rate was 0.55%,HIV positive ones were 7.They were 29,30,32,34,35 years old respectively.6 HIV positives women came from Yunnan province and 1 came from Henan province.The women who settled down in taian were coming in 1992,2000,2002,2003,2004 and 2005.Five HIV positives women had transmitted HIV to their husbands through sexual intercourse,and four HIV infected children were also found.Conclusion]HIV was spreading among immigrated women in some rural areas of Taian city,they were important population for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
