两种胶体用于血浆替代疗法的对比研究

目的 研究国产聚明胶肽与6％羟乙基淀粉在术中急性失血病人的血浆替代疗法的效果、安全性等方面的差异。方法 选择预计失血量在5％-20％之间的病人60例，随机均分为两组，按照实验设计分别输入等量的聚明胶肽和羟乙基淀粉，全身麻醉后监测血压、脉搏、心电图、中心静脉压以及离子和血红蛋白、血细胞比容在手术前后的变化以及最终需要红细胞悬液数量的差异，以比较聚明胶肽和羟乙基淀粉的扩容和维持内环境稳定的效果。结果 两组病人在血压、脉搏、中心静脉压、离子以及血红蛋白和血细胞比客方面的变化均无明显统计学差异。结论 聚明胶肽对于术中失血的血液替代作用是安全有效的。与羟乙基淀粉对比无明显差异。

Comparative study of two colloids in the plasma replacement therapy

Objective To investigate the difference in the efficacy and security between two colloids in the plasma replacement therapy. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups, polygeline group and HES group. Blood loss in all the patients was between 5 percent and 20 percent. Blood pressure, pulse, electrocardiogram, central venous pressure and blood anion were monitored and used in operation.The hemoglobin and hematocfit were also detected. Results There were no differences in blood pressure, pulse, central venous pressure,blood anion, hemoglobin and hematocrit between two groups. Conclusion Polygeline used in plasma replacement therapy is safe. There is no difference between two groups.
