兔咽部负压吸引的实验研究

目的 :寻找和确定有效的吸引负压值、最佳的吸引时间和适宜的吸引头 ,以避免咽部吸引时的医源性黏膜或血管损伤。方法 :以兔为实验对象 ,分成年兔组和幼龄兔组 ,两组实验方法相同 ,仅选用不同的负压和吸引时间 ,观察并记录黏膜的变化 ,对疑有坏死的黏膜取材送病理学诊断。结果 :采用不同负压、不同时间、不同吸引头时 ,黏膜变化均存在统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1)。结论 :成年兔咽部吸引有效和安全负压分别是 -0 .0 4MPa、-0 .0 5MPa和 -0 .0 6MPa ,最佳吸引时间为 8s和 12s ,选择中号、大号吸引头为宜 ;幼龄兔分别为 -0 .0 2MPa、-0 .0 3MPa和 -0 .0 4MPa ,最佳吸引时间为 6s和 3s ,选择中号吸引头为宜。

Experimental Study on Pharyngeal Vacuum Suction in Rabbits

Objective: to find out and to define an effective vacuum suction value, the best suction time and suitable suction head for rabbits accepting pharyngeal vacuum suction in order to avoiding the iatrogenic injuries of local mucosa and vessels during pharyngeal suction. Methods: adult and juvenile rabbits were selected and divided into two groups. Pharyngeal vacuum suction of the two group rabbits with different negative pressure and different suction time were observed respectively. And the changes of the local mucosa after suction were observed and recorded. Some of mucosa tissue suspected with local necrosis were collected and sent to pathological analysis. Results: in terms of the mucosa changes of the respiratory tract, there were statistical significance between the two groups after accepted vacuum suction with different negative pressures, different suction time and using different suction heads (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: the effective and safe negative pressure for pharyngeal suction in adult rabbits was -0.04 MPa, -0.05 MPa and -0.06 MPa respectively. The best suction time was 8 seconds and 12 seconds. It was suitable to choose medium or large sized suction head for adult rabbits. For juvenile rabbits, the effective and safe negative pressure for pharyngeal suction was -0.02 MPa, -0.03 MPa and -0.04 MPa respectively. The best suction time was 6 seconds and 3 seconds. It's better choose medium-sized suction head.
