外科门诊患者不同伤口的治疗及心理护理体会

目的探讨外科门诊患者不同伤口的治疗及心理护理体会。方法选取我院外科门诊收治的不同伤口患者120例，均为单纯外伤性伤口，按照护理方法不同分为两组，对照组患者60例采取针对性伤口处理与常规护理，研究组60例患者在对照组治疗与护理的基础上增DintS,理护理，对两组患者的治疗效果与心理进行分析。结果研究组患者与对照组患者均取得良好的治疗效果，在伤口愈合率与愈合时间方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），研究组患者焦虑与疼痛感评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论外科门诊中对不同伤口患者进行针对性治疗能够取得良好的临床效果，针对性心理护理可以减轻患者疼痛感，缓解患者焦虑情绪，具有较高的临床价值。

Experience of treatment and mental nursing of different wounds for surgical outpatient

Objective To investigate the experience of treatment and mental nursing of different wounds for surgical outpatient. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with different wounds which were all simple traumatic wounds in outpatient surgery department of our hospital were selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,60 patients in the control group were treated with targeted wounds treatment and conventional nursing,while 60 patients in the research group were treated with mental nursing on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and mental of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results The patients in two groups both achieved good therapeutic effect,and the differences were not significant in wound healing rate and healing time between two groups（P ：：~ O.05）,while the anxiety and pain scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted treatment for patients with different wounds in outpatient surgery department can achieve good clinical effects,and targeted mental nursing can alleviate the patient＇s pain,relieve the patient＇s anxiety,and it has higher clinical value.
