极低出生体重儿50例临床分析

目的探讨极低出生体重儿发病的临床特点。方法回顾性总结分析2011年3月～2012年3月50例极低出生体重儿的临床资料，并根据胎龄不同将其分为〈32周组及≥32周组，对两组不同的相关临床指标进行比较分析。结果不同胎龄分组的两组患儿平均体重日增长数及住院时间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但两组患儿的死亡率差异不显著性（P〉0．05）。〈32周患儿的NRDS发生率、喂养不耐受率明显高于≥32周组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论VLBWI的发病病因较多，主要为母体因素，不同胎龄VLBWl日平均体重增长情况及住院时间、并发症不同，其中〈32周胎龄VLBWI患儿并发症发生率较高，应早期采用综合治疗方法治疗，才能降低其并发症的发生率，提高抢救的成功率。

Clinical analysis on 50 infants with very low birth weight

Objective To investigate the clinical features of incidence of very low birth weight infants（VLBWI）. Methods The clinical data of 50 infants with very low birth weight from March 2011 to March 2012 were retrospectively summarized and analyzed, and the infants were divided into the gestational age 〈 32 weeks group and the gestational age ≥32 weeks group according to different gestational age. The different relevant clinical parameters of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the infant＇ s average weight daily growth and hospital stays between two groups（P 〈 0.05）, but there was not significant difference in the mortality rate between two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The incidence rate of NRDS and feeding intolerance in the gestational age 〈 32 weeks group were significantly higher than those in the gestational age I〉 32 weeks group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion VLBWI is caused by many causes, the main cause is maternal factors,the average weight daily growth,hospital stays and complications are different for different gestational age VLBWI, of which the incidence rate of complications in ~LBWI with gestational age 〈 32 weeks is higher,so early using integrated treatment method can reduce the incidence rate of complications,improve the success rate of rescue.
