“伏九”穴位贴敷配合辨证论治治疗慢性阻塞性肺病65例临床观察

目的:观察"伏九"穴位贴敷配合辨证论治对慢性阻塞性肺病的的临床疗效;方法:将65例临床病人分为两组,观察组34人,采用穴位贴敷配合辨证论治治疗,对照组31人,采用常规穴位贴敷治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为88.2%,对照组总有效率为74.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:穴位贴敷配合辨证论治较常规穴位贴敷有更好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of Fu Jiu acupoint sticking therapy with syndrome differentiation and treatment for 65 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu Jiu acupoint sticking therapy with syndrome differentiation and treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：Sixty-five cases were randomized into a observation group including 34 patients who were treated with acupoint sticking therapy in combination with syndrome differentiation and treatment and a control group including 31 patients who were just treated with the conventional acupoint sticking therapy. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group （88.2%） was higher than that in the control group（74.2%） and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with the conventional acupoint sticking therapy, acupoint sticking therapy combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment achieves the better efficacy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
