不同根管预备方法对老年人磨牙根管治疗期间急症的效果分析

目的研究不同根管预备方法对老年人磨牙根管治疗期间急症发生率的影响，为临床推广提供事实依据。方法将选取2010年3月。2013年3月408例来本院口腔科行磨牙根管治疗的老年患者，分为研究A组和对照B组，每组204例，A组采用改良双敞法预备根管，B组采用逐步后退法预备根管，记录相关因素，比较各组EIAE发生率。结果研究A组EIAE发生率明显低于对照B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），下颌磨牙根管治疗期间急症的比例高于上颌磨牙，死髓牙根管治疗期间急症的比例高于活髓牙。结论采用改良双敞法进行根管预备能一定程度上降低老年人磨牙EIAE发生。

Study on the incidence of EIAE resulting from using the different root canal preparation in root canal therapy for the elderly

Objective To study the incidence of EIAE resulting from using the different root canal preparation in root canal therapy for the elderly. Methods 408 elder cases coming to hospital dentistry were selected to have molar root canal treatment from March 2010 to March 2013, patients were randomly divided into study group A and control group B equally, with group A used open method of preparing a modified dual root canal and group B used step-back technique root canal. The related factors were recorded. The incidences of EIAE were statistically analyzed. Results Group A＇s incidence of EIAE was significantly lower than control group B＇s, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Open method using a modified double root canal preparation can reduce the incidence of elderly molars EIAE, We should promote it.
