中药口服加保留灌肠治疗肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的:观察中药口服加保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组均以常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药口服加保留灌肠,对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服加西药保留灌肠。结果:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药口服加保留灌肠可显著提高肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的临床症状,增强机体免疫功能,减少复发率。

Clinical observation on oral administration of Chinese medicine and retention enema for liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type ulcerative colitis

Objective：To observe the effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine and retention enema for ulcerative colitis. Methods：60 cases with ulcerative colitis were randomly decided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group.The cases in two groups were taken the routine therapy, and the cases in the treatment group were also taken oral administration of Chinese medicine and retention enema except basic treatment, while the cases in the control group were taken salazosulfapyridine and retention enema by western medicine. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy can be improved by oral administration of Chinese medicine and retention enema for ulcerative colitis due to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.This treatment can improve the clinical symptoms, enhance immune function of organism and reduce the recurrence rate.
