伊可尔联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性跖疣51例临床观察

目的：观察外用伊可尔联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的研究方案分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组51例外擦伊可尔联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片；对照组51例为液氮冷冻联合口服胸腺肽肠溶片。结果：治疗组痊愈42例，显效6例，痊愈率为82.35%，总有效率为98.03%，1个月内复发2例，复发率为4%；对照组痊愈33例，显效4例，痊愈率64.7%，总有效率88.23%，2个月内复发11例，复发率为23.40%。两组治愈率、总有效率及复发率比较均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：伊可尔联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗多发性跖疣安全、有效、痛苦小、复发率低，值得在临床推广。

Clinical observation on 51 cases of multiple verruca plantaris treated with YIKEER and thymopeptide sntericcoated tablets

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of external applied YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide sntericcoated tablets in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris. Methods：Cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. 51 cases in the treatment group were treated with external applied YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide sntericcoated tablets, while 51 cases in the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery combined with oral thymopeptide entericcoated tablets. Results：42 cases in the treatment group were curative, 6 cases obviously effective, the curative rate was 82.35%and the total effective rate was 98.03%.2 cases were recurred within 1 month, the recurrence rate was 4%. 33 cases in the control group were curative,4 cases obviously effective,the curative rate was 64.7%,and the total effective rate was 88.23%, 11 cases were recurred within 1 month,the recurrence rate was 23.40%. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：YIKEER combined with oral administrated thymopeptide sntericcoated tablets can treat multiple verruca plantaris with the advantages of safety, more effectiveness, less pain and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion.
