肠易激综合征中西医发病机制研究概况

目的:肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的功能性胃肠动力疾病,目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明,通过探讨中西医病理机制,为中西医结合治疗肠易激综合征提供新的思路与治疗方法。方法:搜索近几年的国内外文献,通过中医整体观念与辨证理论思想将其辨证分型;运用西医生理病理学基础归纳总结出肠易激综合征的西医病因病机和发病机制。结果:总结出中医辨证分型为肝郁脾虚、脾胃虚弱、脾肾阳虚。西医病因病机分型主要为胃肠动力异常、脑-肠轴异常、内脏感觉异常、胃肠道激素异常、肠道感染与炎症等多重因素。结论:IBS病位虽在胃肠,但多有肝失条达、肝郁气滞,肝郁脾虚是其主要病机。西医发病机制为以精神心理因素刺激为主导,伴有神经、内分泌及免疫系统异常的身心疾病。

Conclusion：IBS disease in stomach, but the failure of the liver, liver qi stagnation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is the main pathogenesis. The pathogenesis of western medicine is dominated by psychological factors stimulation, accompanied by abnormal nerve, endocrine and immune system disease of body and mind.
