| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预配合温肾养血安胎汤及敷脐疗法对早期先兆流产的作用。方法:将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组住院患者各75例。结果:经中医治疗后,取得治愈率为72%,取得总有效率93.3%,疗效明显,与对照组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:温肾养血安胎汤及敷脐疗法对早期先兆流产有显著疗效。

Analysis of the efficacy of nursing intervention with Wenshen Yangxue decoction and umbilical compress therapy on early threatened abortion |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention with Wenshen Yangxue Decoction and umbilical therapy on early threatened abortion. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,75 hospitalized patients in each group.Results：After the treatment of Chinese medicine, the curative rate was 72%, the total efficiency was 93.3%, there was significant difference with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Wenshen Yangxue decoction and umbilical therapy have obvious therapeutic effect on early threatened abortion. |
